How to provide appropriate visual design for customer service

Determine the solution

Research problems should not be left to one person. A lot of designers have this idea that they don't know everything. Designers need to invest and think about this from the perspective of customers, suppliers, colleagues, team members and others. Designers get information from two aspects: design reports and supplier interviews.
Reports usually come from customers, but can also be gathered from supplier interviews by designers. It's a list of reasons to hire a designer and some advice on the problem. Reports are a good way to collect information. It includes information such as brand image, technical conditions, expected schedule, finished products, detailed project objectives and contact information of major suppliers.
In addition, in reports, designers often get advice on what makes a project successful. This may not be listed, it may be in a 50-page document full of complex business and technical goals and just empty talk, like "we need a new program." However, the designer meets all the goals, but the design is conservative, and the customer will not be happy when the "innovative" intention of the customer is not met.
The report should only be the starting point of the project. Indeed, the report can solve the problems raised. But what exactly does innovation mean? Where can I introduce the supplier interview? A supplier is a customer who has a special interest in a project and can influence the outcome.
Interviews are often the first task of any project the designer undertakes. During the interview, the client had the opportunity to tell the designer why the project was necessary. In the previous chapters, these reasons may be misunderstood by people, designers can communicate with them at any time. The problem may not be what the customer thinks.

The system design

System design is an analytical method to solve design problems. It USES a defined component to solve design problems. In user-centered design, the user is the center of the design process, and some entities interact with each other in the system. The system doesn't have to be a computer. Systems can include people, equipment, machines, and objects. Anything from simple (the heating system in the house) to very complex (the whole government) can be a system.
System design is an organized, rigorous design method that is very suitable for dealing with complex problems and provides a comprehensive design method. The system design does not ignore the user's goals and requirements, which can be used to determine the purpose of the system. But in this approach, the user is emphasized in a context. Designers use system design to focus on the user's background, rather than individual objects and devices. System design is a rigorous study of the context of a product or service.
System design is an overview of the components that should be part of a system: a purpose, a sensor, a comparator, and an actuator. The designer's job is to design these parts. In this way, the system design eliminates the guesswork and ambiguity in other methods and provides a clear roadmap for designers.
